Front desk is open 24/7. Due to restrictive measures, dinner is served in rooms after 22:00. The swimming pool at the hotel is closed for emergency from 23.01.2024 till further notice. Guests will be offered alternative pool to use at any of the Millennium Hotels (sister company) with free shuttle. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: AED 650.00; New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: AED 650.00 (from 12 to 18 years old). The Millennium Central Downtown Hotel gym is undergoing renovations and is expected to open in February 2025. Work on installing the flooring in the gym will begin on 29.07.25. The expected duration of the work is about 20-25 working days. All guests are required to present a valid debit or credit card upon arrival at check-in. The card details will be kept securely on file to cover any potential damages or liabilities related to the hotel room or property. This applies even if no additional charges are made during the stay. The hotel's Channels Restaurant (All Day Dining) is temporarily closed until further notice. A buffet breakfast is served daily at Pregos Italian Restaurant. Guests with Half Board (HB), Full Board (FB), and All Inclusive reservations can enjoy included meals at the following establishments: Pregos Italian Restaurant; Nelson British Pub (12:00 PM to 04:00 AM, last order at 03:00 AM); The Terrace (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM).
